About Us

Father and son - Joe and Max have a serious obsession for all things food!! Inspired by their Italian heritage, the culture of sharing a meal with family and friends is central to their lives.

Each week, they bottle up their passion for food into their jars of Chilli Crisp and now Crema Di Pistachio, allowing you all to experience the delight of a flavoursome meal.

Not only are the jars made with love, they are made with over 30 years of culinary experience. 

Joe is currently the Owner/Executive Chef of Grazia Restaurant, after many years at Sette Bello and Sapore Restaurant.

His expertise combined with Max's contemporary approach create a premium, high quality brand called ‘Chef Joey D’, that is fun and exciting, for everyone to enjoy ❤️
